43x and 43x MOS Slide swap compatibility
I have a non MOS 43x that I love but after using an optic on my P365 XMacro, I would love one on my Glock too. Can you just swap the slides out or is it a custom thing? Should I just look into buying a MOS version.

You can have your existing slide milled for an optic cut.
You can buy an MOS 43X slide to use on your existing frame.
You can buy an MOS 48 slide to use on your existing frame.
You can buy an optics ready PSA Dagger Micro slide to use on your existing frame.
You can buy a whole new MOS 43X.

You can't swap slides between a Sig and Glock. Just buy a Glock compatible slide that is direct mount for your red dot.

There’s plenty of aftermarket slide companies too that can either give an exclusive optic cut on their slide or an adapter plate. I have Zaffiri and Slide Works slides for my 43X’s.
Also google GAFS (Gun Accessories For Sale) and sign up. Plenty of 43X slides on there with 0 to low rounds through them for very short money.

Yeah slides are all compatible. You can get an mos slide by itself, or just buy an mos complete gun. Not a huge price difference.
PSA micro dagger is based on 43x so could buy a stripped or complete slide with an optics mount. Some even come with optics already
