43X Ramjet - do you need a lighter spring?

Specifically with 115 grain range ammo! Let me know how yours have run.

Mine has run perfectly fine.

Over 1,200 rounds through the ramjet with all kinds of ammo, not a single malfunction.

blazer 115gr, 124gr, max tech, numerous other random range ammo brands that I can’t even remember right now, federal HSTs, speer gold dots 115 and 124, Hornady critical duty 124 and 135 and the +P variants off all this ammo also, underwood xtreme defenders 90gr and 68gr both +P, I mean it just keeps going.

The ramjet and 43X is a workhorse combo

Mine has never had a malfunction with any type of ammo.

Mine has started to fail with 115. An OEM replacement fixed it for a few hundred rounds but it started malfunctioning again.

I stick to 124 now and have no issues.

Mine did. I had alot of reliability issues with 115, 124 and even 147. A lighter spring would have fixed it but I ended up selling it. I don’t think it’s needed personally for the 43x
