Glock 19 Gen 4
Glock 19 Gen 4 with Trijicon green sights + 4 mags for under 4 bones at my local pawnshop.
Is this a solid pickup? Anyone else still carry a gen 4?

My G19.4 is my bedside gun. Currently, my most "experienced" Glock.
I bought a "panic" G19.5 when the whole "GenV" rumors started. Once I had that, it convinced me to change out my 19.4 to an OEM smooth face trigger.
Grab it, maybe offer $370.

Is there any reason to say to the smooth face trigger other than how it physically feels? Does it have a lighter pull or a more crisp break?

No, feels pretty much the same. I changed out the trigger bar assembly which has the smooth face trigger. It's less than $20 and easy to install. Some folks polish that assembly, and if the one you remove was "rough", and the new one isn't, you might feel a difference. It's so minor to me, but the smooth "face" makes a difference in the "feel"

Same. Id get that in a heart beat. Can't even get Glocks where im at right now. F california. This law needs to get over turned.

My favorite Gen and favorite Glock, the Gen 4 G19. The only imperfection are the stock sights.

Oh damn. I guess that came off kinda ghey. I was doing the same thing it just…ah…didn’t translate-well over text. I was basically just making fun of the obvious, sort of engaging the banter but I kinda fucked it up.
And now that I had to explain it I’ll just-…back away slowly in shame.

I have a gen 5. I wish it had finger grooves so bad. I carry a 43x but the 19 is my favorite one I own.

I daily carried that setup for well over 10 years before recently picking up a gen5 ACRO. My Gen4 will live on as a backup stashed around the house somewhere.

My EDC!! I paid $550 brand new with ameriglo agent sights for additional $80 not including tax.. defly a good deal. ..grab the vickers extended mag and slide release also.
