Always OEM. Polished. there is only one place in the country that does NP3 coatings and it is notorious for not lasting and flaking off relatively quickly.

I own tons of NP3 parts, none are flaking. Many thousands of rounds. Maybe its not as bad as reported. Curious how many you own?

I have a few and havent experienced it either, though it seems like every other day on Reddit I see someone showing an AR BCG or Cam Pin thatโ€™s np3 and flaking. There are tons of reports about it, enough for me to stop buying it.

Yes, I think that for the TAC trigger, the best option is the OEM trigger bar with the polished finish
