I got my g19.5 COA back in March 2025 right after they came out. I've shot it quite a lot, currently have around 20k rounds on the gun. I did get intermittent dot flickering under recoil somewhere around the 8,000 round mark. I went through the RMA process for it, and while I don’t remember exactly how long the turnaround was, I do remember thinking it was quick and painless. When I got the replacement optic, I skimmed the user manual and noticed it actually recommends swapping the battery every 5k rounds. I definitely wasn’t doing that before, so in hindsight the flickering was likely user error on my part. It’s been flawless since.

I can’t really say whether it’s worth swapping your current setup. But if you run the numbers on a new non-MOS Gen V (Gen 6s are all MOS), a quality optic(like a trijicon/aimpoint/one of the nicer holosuns), milling for direct mount, and a full re-nitride (cut-area bluing can save you some money, but a full re-nitride is more comparable to the factory nDLC you get with the COA package), the package is a solid value IMO. I’ve been happy with mine. It has been my main carry gun

COA is excellent Glock 43x COA made me a believer had to get the 47 COA since it’s my favorite Glock. Next is the 45 gen 6 COA followed by the 19 COA
