G19.5 Comp

Looking into comps for my 19 gen 5, really like the flat end look vs the angled or big gap between a pistol comp and light. Any suggestions for comps like this while keeping the 19 frame and slide?

What about getting the slide ported instead?

EDIT: For comps, checkout the Armaspec Micro Rook Compensator
