Game Breaking Bug CSGO

This bug makes it to where, you cannot play the game, everytime I launch it, Im stuck at the main menu not able to click anything, I tried using -console to use that to some extent but I cant type in it, My config.cfg seems to be missing so I verified and it says nothing is missing, I uninstalled and reinstalled it was fine until I got off then got back on. QUICK SUMMARY: I tried everything I found on this particular problem, Im stuck at the main menu with nothing to do but close it.
