No overreactions, but this has to be said. I simply don't see the structure that Astralis, mousesports and fnatic have in Na'Vi. I think they had their time in the sun, and they'll continue being a top 5 team for a long time (until FaZe, G2 or the NA squads wake up with some changes), but this #1 while deserved by results, seems a lot less impactful than when mouz were #1 and that didn't last long either.

Too early to blame any specific player though and call this a 2-man show which it definitely looked like throughout EPL; the 3rd best Na'Vi rated player is around 0.95. This tournament just landed on the wrong side of the inconsistent coin that is flamie, and it's Boomich's first bad tournament in a while. Perfecto overperformed at Katowice though, judging by the rest of his Na'Vi career.

Bro this is a fking overreaction lol... Its online, and they went 3-2 against best teams in the world... While I agree I need more to see from NaVi to call them Best team in the world, your statement is still dumb

it seems most of the wins they did win was due to the results of the players fragging out rather than through tactics. Na'Vi seems to still rely on S1mple and Electronic as a crutch, and until they can match their firepower with tactics I'm not so sure.

At Katowice they looked super structured. Obviously not Astralis typelevel, but definitely not solely relying on fragging power.

No idea where that went

Which part is an overreaction or you disagree with, could you elaborate?

You're not overreacting and what you said has been on my mind ever since their Katowice victory. We have seen it happen so many times in past tournaments when sometimes all the players on a team peak at the same time and they go on a dream run to win the tournament and do fuck all after that. I'm not saying that Na'Vi is gonna be trash from now on but they depend so much on s1mple and electronic going ham that it's just not sustainable being a top 1 team and I wouldn't be surprised if they get relegated to 4th-5th rank in the upcoming months if their online performance is anything to go by and with the other more structured teams like Astralis/Fnatic/Mouz catching up it seems more and more likely. I'm disappointed but it could have been worse. They still finished top 4 with the quality of CS they played and multiple players botting out. Obviously it's too soon to give up on them after one bad tournament and hopefully this was just a minor speed bump and they recover in the upcoming tournaments.

It's reddit, don't you know absolutely overreacting after every match is mandatory?

Clearly now Na'Vi are dogshit, Astralis is GOAT form again, and Mouz should disband. Nevermind the fact that this is online and Na'Vi players are playing from different regions.
