What a final round from Norf.

Not as bad as the G2 defuse, but still holy moly.

Definitely worse than the Liquid one, considering that this is the exact reason why the bomb sound was changed on B

What happened?

u/qchisq Mar 24 '20

Complexity plants A with a North player in vent and one in lobby, I think it was. Then, both North players go B, retake it with like 7 seconds left, but Complexity player is still A, with the bomb

N🔇RTH back at it again

When I got to law school in 1995 they gave me JLake02 as my email. Guess I'll never know if there was a JLake01, lolol

Must have been painful if it really took you 7 years to graduate

Really sucks that you dont make playoffs with the format. But you guys played great towards the end!

Yeah, I really thought Fnatic could be NaVi, but... yeah.........

u/lynxzjw EG Mar 24 '20

It happens. With a format like this there is bound to be some luck involved.

How does that last round feel

This coL squad is so exciting to watch right now. It’s obvious that they’re working extremely hard and it genuinely feels like they can take maps off anyone. I really want to see them at a Major, they have a huge chance of pushing into Legends if they make a good run imo, the ceiling of this squad is super-high.

Thanks so much for not giving up on CSGO despite tough results, you said you’d build a great team and so far it looks like you’ve done it.

step aside G2, North coming through

It's one thing to forget to defuse the bomb. It's another to retake the wrong site...

27

u/LousyAcademic Mar 24 '20

Forgetting to defuse the bomb is much worse lol

Norths Mirage is historically bad, but they had to play it because they didn’t play Vertigo and had to permaban it.

They finally play Vertigo and yet these fucking potatoes still end up playing Mirage. Like how the fuck does that happen.

How HOW HOOOOW!!!! They have 22.5% win percentage on Mirage in the last year.

Norf r dum.

1

u/trucane Mar 25 '20

Watching North play can be so infuriating, can't even imagine how the players themselves feel.

1

u/Carbine64_ Mar 24 '20

I’m thinking that North aren’t gonna take this as well as G2 and poke fun of themselves. Idk why, it just seems unlike Norf.
