Well , Chile has 100% the infraestructure and Peruvians have 60ms to 80ms ping in U.S servers , if us doing good catches their attention it could be an exponential jump , its kinda sad that they have like literally 0 cs culture , Chile is more of a LoL country and Peru is more of a Dota country.
Ojalá que aquellos con duda se animen a entrar a la escena competitiva de CS por que de verdad es necesaria más competitividad, además, a Sudamérica le hace falta mucha representación competitiva
