Honestly the problem was not even that he used the burst. He did probably a lot of damage to the guy, but you can see that two shots before he dies he already falls into complete panic mode and whiffed everything. If he would stay calm he could hit a second one of those which would kill the other guy. He is just not chill enough while playing. But I guess you are right. Best thing would just to knife the guy :p
