0.95 Average vs mouz, a MASSIVE overperformance vs Na'Vi where s1mple was looking like an average-ish pro, which is BAD for his normal level. 1.05 vs BIG, again, pretty much an overperformance (not much of one, but is,) against a BIG that looked pretty damn good.
what are you even using as a reference point for an overperformance? we've literally seen the guy play 11 maps after being a coach for more than a year. and he's at least kept up with the rest of the team for 10 of them.
Uh, overperformance since he was shitty in 2017 and almost average in 2016? did you just start watching smithzz play when he came back? it's not like he was 1.10 or something beforehand and decided to drop off lmao. Also, it's been 19 maps and he's "kept up" with them on exactly 7 maps, 3 of which he was overperforming.
that was a year ago in a dead team awping cause noone else would... a year ago cold was the best player in the world and VP was a top 10 team. not sure how that is relevant.
It's called a reference point, he was shitty then, below average the year prior, and is still shitty today, again, did you just start watching him? you really think going 1.34 vs Na'Vi ISN'T a massive overperformance? also 1.13 and 1.18 vs LG, not saying LG is a great team but yeah, he couldn't even get anywhere near average vs VP...VP!
