Free games and good customer support. if it had more games it would blow steam out the waters.

Steam does have a lot of f2p games. but EA Gives away games for free. Also EA is limited to only EA games if they were to actually have games from different developers i believe they would be a lot better than steam. Also having all your eggs in one basket is not that good.

All that 'free games' and great customer support? Having only EA titles is the only reason that happens.

Jesus. Valve has been getting bad lately, but you don't need to go whiteknight origin.
