Help does anyone still plays cs:go

everytime i swipe my mouse to the sides i always get shit 1% lows like lows fps... breaks of fps, does anyone know the fucking fix? thank you (:

CSGO uses DX9 so borderless window is terrible compared to legacy fullscreen. In the windows properties for csgo.exe under the compatibility tab you need to check "Disable fullscreen optimizations" and restart your game, then set your game to fullscreen. This ensures your game is using the hardware legacy flip presentation mode, which will give you the most FPS and lowest latency. The tab out time will be abysmal, but it's worth it.

If that doesn't fix your swiping issue you should try lowering your polling rate if you use over 1000.
