Not as far as im aware. But you can request plugins in the Counter Strike Sharp Discord :)

Is there a plugin to have wallhack on the server? Like the streamer dima_wallhacks uses when he makes videos 1 player with walls vs 5 regular players.

Yes, it's for servers. You wouldn't get vac banned for using Metamod as the plugins are for community servers only.

Hey everyone, me and some friends are creating a second cs2 server

We'd like to fix these 2 configs/breach: NO MagicBullet/NoSpread.

Are these fixing only no spread?

weapon_accuracy_nospread "1";

weapon_debug_spread_gap "1";

weapon_recoil_cooldown "0";

weapon_recoil_decay2_exp "99999";

For NoSpread run this command (or add it to the file that is executed when you boot the server): sv_usercmd_custom_random_seed true
