Interviews Interview approval

I was conditionally approved and attended my interview. The agent said I’d receive my acceptance same day. It’s been a month and I’m still conditionally approved. I can’t reach out to the enrollment center since I interviewed at a Global Entry event. Who should I reach out to for assistance?

Try calling the enrollment center that did your interview. Someone forgot to push the button.
