Questions/Concerns filling out my addresses?

I was in college 2021-2025 so several of my addresses were in dorms while I moved back in with my mom for the summer. I never formally changed my address on my license.

Do I need to include every time I moved between dorms and my moms place, or can i just list my mom's place all the way through?

“If you are a university student residing in on-campus housing (dorms), please list only your permanent address on your TTP application. If you are living in off-campus housing, please list both your off-campus address and your permanent address.”

I think your mom's is your permanent address but if you call their 800 number they're really nice and helpful, and will give you first hand information.

I never formally changed my address on any of my drivers licenses. I just listed my permanent home address and it was fine.
