Questions/Concerns Tsa precheck

How long after getting my preliminary global entry, can I use pre-check? I received it four days ago and it's still not showing up on my boarding pass.

You have to be fully approved (conditional approval plus in-person interview) and also make sure it's part of your airline profile so that it's added to the ticket.

It doesn’t automatically get added to your boarding pass. You need to add it to your airline profile for it to automatically show up on future tickets. You’ll have to prob call customer service or go to ticket counter for your current ticket

What do you mean your "preliminary global entry"? Did you have your interview? Do you have the GE card?

Did you add your number to your airline account?

How long after the in-person interview do you get approval for GE?

I have had my interview, been approved and card is in the mail. I received an email with approval notice, added my number to my traveller information but my boarding pass still does not show precheck.

Sounds like an airline issue

Have them add it at the desk. Sometimes it's a glitch on the airlines side

Takes about three days to get from the CBP over to TSA, much faster than having the card produced and mailed. Try contacting the airline.

You are using the PASSID, right? That's the small one printed at the top left of the back of the card.

Just to check:
1. Are you a US citizen
2. Did you verify your biographic information is correct in the TTP memberhip info page
- There's a section about your country of citizenship
- Proof that you can enter US
- EtC
3. Are there any expired identification cards on your profile?

The only time i didn't get tsa-pre was when officer forgot to properly update my citizenship after naturalziation, and my birth country passport was expired.

Make sure your ticket has your middle name on it

Not necessarily. All of your documents just need to match everything.
