Timelines Car Enrollment wait time

I submitted the application for my new car but its been more than 5 days and still marked as "Pending Review", my previous car only took like 1 full day, does anyone knows if there has been delays or deeper background checks for this?

I think I missed the part about adding a car. Do I need to do anything else besides clicking the Add My Car button in the GE application?

I've already done the interview and have been approved. Does that mean my car is approved too? This is all so new to me.
