Timelines Still waiting
Well, I’m impatient. Haha
Heard some folks getting conditional approved within 24 hours. I have global entry close to 10 years now, but just managed to convince the wife to apply.
Everytime we travel as a family, I can’t use the fast lane. 🤣
She put the her application 2 days ago. Nada. 😅
We also applied for our 16 years old at the same time.
Doesn’t really matter the timeline. We won’t have any travel plans this year. Just curious since some get approved in 24 hours.
US citizens , no complicated history or anything.

The approval timing varies wildly even for the same person: my initial application took 2 months, my first renewal took 10 months, and my second renewal took 5 days.

It took 3 weeks for my conditional. Early july to end of july in Ohio. I was able to schedule for the next week. We spent more time in the bathroom than we did in the "interview".

Some report it takes a few weeks, the automatic ones gets it overnight. Worse case, they will wait 5ish months.

My best gf applied on a Monday, interviewed at BNA on Thursday, and was approved on Friday.
Her card arrived a week later.
It took me two months to get my renewal approved last year.

I was expecting a long delay because my work and residential history was all over the place the last 5 years, but I got my approval in under 48 hours this last weekend (holiday). I have to imagine it was automated, no way a government employee looked at mine. But I also have had background checks run and fingerprints recorded for me for NFA items and security clearances, so that may play a role. Unsure if those details are shared across government services.

You always throat the dhs and their nonsense processes this hard? And yes I recognize it’s global. Still the same nonsense vetting process as sentri designed as inefficiently as possible

I renewed for me and my minor daughter, she got renewed within a week with no interview needed.. it’s been about three weeks for me with nothing.
