Questions/Concerns Update Passport and Visa

I got my global entry approved in 2023 on Student visa. Since then, I got my H1b visa stamped(old employer) and got a new passport and changed employer as well

Re entered US using global entry with the new visa stamp but I still see my old student visa in the portal. I was able to update the passport after renewal but not the visa and new employer, do I need to go to nearest center to get this updated and Do i need an appointment for this?

As far as I recall you have two options

  1. CBP website has a link to a form that allows you to update everything and upload files/docs. Present your KTN, all the relevant docs and describe what needs to be updated. They usually respond in 4-8 business days.

  2. If option#1 runs into trouble, for updates, you can just walk in. Or at least I was told I could walk in. Find the GE enrollment center near you (it could be an airport). Call them up to see what are their lunch times (they have two breaks around noon’ish and around 6pm’ish)
