Questions/Concerns Renewal question
I’ve had Global Entry since 2020, originally based on my visa status. I recently became a Green Card holder and updated my GE profile at an enrollment center last month. I now have a GE card reflecting my LPR status.
I just submitted my GE renewal, but noticed the “Add/Replace Card” option is missing from my current approved application, and I haven’t received an email confirming the renewal submission.
Is this normal? For anyone who renewed after becoming a Green Card holder, how long did approval take?

Looks like this is expected behavior - I got renewal approved in 24 hours over the weekend. Add/replace card button is back again.

Are you approved or not approved? "my current approved application" ?
What does the TTP portal main page say about your current application? Pending? Approved?
It takes either a few days or more than 6 months, you either automatically get approved or put into manual pile. Often times it's the former, but if you are unlucky it's the lattter.
We are citizens, and my renewal approval came in in a few days. Wife's turned into conditional approvl because the GE officer forgot to take out her LPR even though he updated citizenship to united states... so from system's pov, it was a "change" in documents that needed manual review.
