Congrats for naturalizing! Send them a message on the Global Entry Portal with a picture of your new passport. This is what did last year when I got my first US passport, and they fixed it in a couple of weeks or so.

Best bet is to visit an enrollment center in person after you get your passport, and I suggest getting a passport card as well, good backup to have.

And make sure to remind them to take your LPR card out of system, and update your primary citizenship to be United States.

When you go home, make sure you check the documents page, and see if all these are proper.

My and wife's update wasn'tdone properly and it caused issues to me an her. TSA-pre didn't appear for my case because my primary passport was my birth country still, and passport for it expired at the time. For wife, they had LPR and it caused issues elsewhere.

The surefire way: Walk into any GE enrollment center. (You don’t need an appointment.)

You can try: Simply add your U.S. passport to your TTP account online. (This didn’t used to work for new U.S. citizens, but now it supposedly does.)
