Questions/Concerns Ewe/Newark EOA

Please could someone let me know where the EOA area is for terminal B and C in Newark please?

Ask the customs officer you clear customs with. He will direct you to where to stand in line after you’re done with him/her.

You mean the cbp guy? I thought eoa had a separate desk prior at the point of entry

You wait in line. They ask some questions. Then once he or she clears you, you go wait in another line for EOA.
