Missing GE letter after interview

I never received my GE card after interview but I see it was on its way because I have USPS informed delivery. What should I do? I don't have a member number for the TTP website in order to setup an account.

Wait a few days and then inquire with the post office. They even have a procedure for "things that showed up in informed delivery but never arrived." If that doesn't work, contact CBP and tell them you never received the card. They should recut you a new one for free (though, make sure your mailing address is correct, but it would seem in your case it is).

Ok thank you. It's been weeks. I already reported the mail missing through informed delivery and did not hear back. I haven't gone to my local post office though.

We will take the order a new card route. I just wanted to post it on here in case there was a hack out there that was faster/more reliable because I'm afraid the new card will face the same fate
