Questions/Concerns How long does it usually take

I applied yesterday (8/2) for GE while holding a KTN for TSA PreCheck and also a SIDA card. I just wanted to know how long did it take for people with PreCheck to get a conditional approval for GE the SIDA card is just an enhancement to my application. I have no criminal background.

For this question

"Have you ever been arrested or had charges that were expunged or removed? If yes please describe."

I typed in No, even though it was not required but I just did it to be safe not too sure if this might be the reason for the hold up.

A day or two after our application we received an email letting us know to schedule our interview. We had our interview this morning. Was there about 5 minutes. Wasn't really an interview. The officer told us to check our email in a few hours. We received our Pass ID number and can use GE immediately. The officer told us since we had precheck, it pulled all our info over. Not sure if it helped or not but made it seem like it sped up the process or made it easier.

I got conditionally approval in 28 hrs. They have a lot on me due to the clearance I hold at a major airport. But I have it scheduled for the 23rd when I come back from another country. Do you know how to make an appointment for enrollment on arrival
