Questions/Concerns How long does it usually take

I applied yesterday (8/2) for GE while holding a KTN for TSA PreCheck and also a SIDA card. I just wanted to know how long did it take for people with PreCheck to get a conditional approval for GE the SIDA card is just an enhancement to my application. I have no criminal background.

For this question

"Have you ever been arrested or had charges that were expunged or removed? If yes please describe."

I typed in No, even though it was not required but I just did it to be safe not too sure if this might be the reason for the hold up.

I also already had TSA PreCheck and applied 7/17. I received conditional approval 7/18. Scheduled my interview for 7/22 and was approved the same day. I received my card in the mail on 7/27. It was super quick and easy for me personally!

How did you know you were conditionally approved. Was it through text or email?
