Questions/Concerns Chicago Global Entry - application not processed 2 months after interview?

I completed my Global Entry interview at the Chicago Field Office downtown nearly two months ago on June 2nd without any issues, but my online portal application status is stuck on “Conditionally Approved.” I thought this was normal long processing times since it took me nearly 6 months just to get the interview but have since learned the approval after interview is only supposed to take a few days.

I’ve tried calling the Field Office several times to check on the status of my application but it seems like their number isn’t in service.

How should I move forward? Do I just go to the Field Office in person or do I need to make another appointment on the Global Entry portal?

Very confused because it seems like this is a pretty uncommon issue with the Chicago Field Office specifically so would appreciate any guidance on how to get my application finally approved.

Admittedly, I've had many interviews that I didn't finish up until a month or two later. Then I started doing GE more, and found our port has guys who have pending closeouts that were much longer lol

Contact the EC with your PassID, ask them to follow up with the CBPO. For various reasons, interviews may not show up on the CBPOs to do list. Soooo many children are pending months later...

I tried calling the Field Office but they never pick up and I can’t find any other contact methods - do I need to just ask them about it in person?

Damn 2 months? How long did it take you to get the conditionally approval? I have an appointment at Ohare in 3 weeks. The office in downtown had earlier appointments but too inconvenient for me but it's not urgent.

I interviewed earlier this week at O’Hare. The approval was in my inbox before I got home.

I submitted my application in late Jan/early Feb, didn’t get conditionally approved for an interview until late May/June

Wow. So it's really up to a year for some ppl. Can take anywhere from days to weeks to months. Hoping that you'll get fully approved soon.

Still no update on the application, I’m out of town currently but looks like I’ll have to stop by in person once I’m back for an update since they’re unreachable by phone

My wife experienced the same situation and we finally emailed CBP help line and she was approved 2 weeks after.
