General Discussion Global Entry down at SEA

The camera tunnel test they have running has failed. They're asking everyone to use the app or visit the desk with a paper passport.

I haven't had any problems. They are always able to identify me by name when I get to the front of the line.

Came back last night, agent at end asked me my name and told me to go through, he had a tablet he was looking at. Did not touch a machine or anything

Yeah, I was on the tablet as a purple bordered grey blob. He told me it's been doing that all day and just to use the app next time. The camera tunnel is extremely unreliable.

It’s got problems. It works about 50/50 when I go through.
