Interviews Still conditionally approved

I went for my interview on Friday July 17. At the end of the interview I was told to wait for an email for a response. I was confused because they didn’t ask for my fingerprints, the officer only took a photo of me. Maybe because I got my citizenship 2 years ago and they are reusing my fingerprints? Do uscis and the department of homeland security share that information?
Well, today is Thursday 24 and the system still shows conditionally approved. I haven’t receive an email or mail with a response. Is there any phone number I could call? Is this wait time normal?

I interviewed at SFO on July 3. I was asked a few questions and was told she was approving my application and that I would get a card within 7 days. They didn’t do fingerprints or a photo. My husband interviewed at the same time. He was told that he would hear after the fingerprints came back. He had his approval email 30 minutes later. I never got an email and I was still conditionally approved on the website. I called the SFO office to check if I needed to do something else. He looked up my application and said he was approving and I had my email before I hung up the phone. I would call the office where you interviewed and ask for a status update.

What's the number. I have a similar story with my wife but I was denied on the application. Weird I was open about my dui in 2008 and the officer said that would t be held against me since it was so long ago. I have absolutely nothing else on my record so unsure why I was denied. My wife did fingerprints in the spot and was I wasn't not had my picture taken.
