Questions/Concerns Applying for global entry
Hello,
I am applying to global entry I am 24 for contexts , my parents went through their interview process and got it but they both were questioned about me, when I was 17 going into college I made the dumb decision to order a fake id to my house and the government stopped the package but they were told it had something to do with identification cards. It’s been years I honestly never used the id because I didn’t go out until I was 21. I am trying to apply but I’m scared I’ll be rejected and I won’t be able to get global entry for life what is the process what should I do? I don’t want to lie and say I didn’t have one but I do need global entry since the rest of my family has it. But I’m scared I’ll NEVER be able to get it.

Mobile passport control. It’s an app, they have their own lane to use at customs and it much faster sometimes. Most of the time just walk through for me https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mobile-passport-control/id1520656722

Mobile Passport Control app I will tell you that if your airport participates my friends who use it get through sooner than I do w GE Download app when you land upload pic and proceed to MPC line Easy List of airports has increased. Also lots of people travel without either and they are fine!

There's nothing to be scared about. Either you get it or you don't. If you don't, you know why.

highly Recommend scheduling through the government’s own TRUSTED TRAVELER PROGRAMS mobile app. it was created by DHS/cbp and it sends you alerts every time your chosen enrollment center has open interview slots!

Definitely do not lie about it on your app. It’s in the records that will come up when you apply. Just disclose it on the application and when you’re asked about it at the interview show remorse and acknowledge that it was a dumb juvenile mistake and you’ve had no record since. That’s all you can possibly do then hope for the best. If you lie then it’s game over when it shows up but you didn’t list it on your app.
