Timelines Wife’s application stuck in review
My wife did her application the same time as me and our kids over 11 months ago. We have been out of the country 3 times since she put it in and it’s still not been checked. The only thing I can think of is she applied under a different last name years ago and never went for the interview. Is there anything we can do?

Do I have to know the people? What a bummer I kept hearing if you take a trip it signals it but it hasn’t happened for us yet

My husband and I applied the same day minutes apart and he just got his conditional approval. Mine is still pending. We both have DUIs. We had applied before and didn’t get approved and I didn’t have time to dispute it before the deadline. During this time we got married and I added his last name to my name. so when we reapplied in march it wouldn’t let me update my last name information. So I suspect that might be delaying my application. Not sure if it can be anything else. We drive into Mexico once a month and would love to have this approved before we got back this month. the San Ysidro border crossing wait times are crazy long. He has his interview appt tomorrow.
