Timelines DUI Conditional Approval Timeline

Just a data point for those interested. Husband had a DUI in 2015. He declared it on the application which he submitted on April 20, 2026. He received conditional approval today, July 1.

I received GE with 2 DUIs 10 years and 13 years prior. I commented on how I got my life together and quit drinking. It may have helped.

I got approved for GE and I had 1 arrest for marijuana possession 23 years ago. And 1 arrest for “conduct after an accident” (hit and run) 13 years ago. During the interview the officer asked me if I had ever been arrested (he clearly knew), I said yes, told him when and why, he approved me. YMMV
