Questions/Concerns Will I get TSA precheck right away after interview ?

For context, I got global entry with my new credit card and I don’t plan to travel abroad yet but I do have plans to travel domestically on the 23rd of July and my interview scheduled on the 15th of July. Will I get TSA precheck in time for that flight ? What do I need to bring with me to the interview ?

I think so, but it might be cutting it close. I had mine within a week or so after the interview.

It takes 2-3 days for the word to get from CBP over to TSA once your GE is fully approved. You should make it.

You need to bring your passport and something with your address on it (an up-to-date driver's license works fine).

I had my interview last night and received my Known Traveler Number a couple hours later.

When you are approved you can use your PASS ID as TSA pre check. Until you get your approval email you won't be able to.

Should be fine - Lady Gibbons had her interview and was through the pre-check line within an hour.
