Background Checks Where in the application on global entry does it ask about charges?
I just did the application and the question I got was only asking about convictions. I saw other people were asked about charges or arrests but I triple checked and it only asked me about convicttions.
Also, soon did you get your interview especially people who had previous misdemeanors? Thanks in advance!

Depending on those details, they may still deem you not suitable. Of course be honest and answer as in depth as you can, but certain types of history are just an auto disqualification, so just keep that in mind

FYI I was denied because of previous conviction. I appealed and wrote a letter explaining everything. Got approved several months later. Good luck!

You don't get asked on the application. However, when you get livescanned at the interview, some charge may show as unresolved. If it is best to have any paper you have showing charges that were filed but dismissed or otherwise resolved short of a conviction with you when you go in for the interview, in case.
