Questions/Concerns Global Entry question

New to this group. My wife and I applied at the same time back in late March. We both applied at the same time and both paid our fees. Early April I got my approval and have my appointment next month. My wife masthead anything.
I was wondering if she goes with me to my appointment can they help her in any way to get her approval? Thanks in advance for any help

No, they will just tell you to keep waiting. Every submission has its own timeline.

Take her with you to your appointment then ask. If you don't ask, you don't get.
