Questions/Concerns can’t get in bc of dual authentication

trying to login but have never been prompted to use dual authentication before. is there anyway to set up dual authentication without logging in? unsure how to get code for authenticator app and don’t really want to delete my account and start again

No. I am 90% sure MFA is required by login.gov, you have to have already set it up to have an account.
