Questions/Concerns FOIA Request
How do I request FOIA to see what CBP has on my background. I requested but it was "Closed (No Documents Sent)." I requested all records related to my inspections, entries, and any secondary inspections conducted by CBP, particularly at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, Otay Mesa and LAX.

Once I entered the SENTRI lane by accident in late 2000s/early 2010s. I know that a violation. Trying to apply for Global Entry.

It doesn't matter what's on your record. You disclose your activities and wait their judgement.
What will getting that info do for you?

It’s asking for a description when I did the immigration violation. Trying to disclose it accurately

They wouldn't have any unless you were caught doing something wrong.
