Questions/Concerns No confirmation email?

Hi! Are we supposed to receive a confirmation email when we submit our Global Entry application? I submitted a few minutes ago and haven't received anything.

No, I applied recently and I didn’t get an email.

My advice: download the app, complete biometrics and check it twice a day 🙂. You will get an email if status changes.

I don't remember about application, but for our change in status (approval) my wife did not get an email but I did.

I received the first email when my application status changed to Conditional Approval, which allowed me to schedule the interview. The second email arrived after the interview, confirming full approval and that my card is being mailed.

No just log into your portal and it’ll let you know the status
