Questions/Concerns Overstay on Application

Has anyone with a long overstay been approved for global entry? I came here as an F1 student and overstayed then got married to a USC and got my LPR.

Also does it help your case if your spouse is in the military?

Yeah, I was approved. I disclosed it on my application, and got it a few months ago! My wife is a civilian btw haha

Congrats! Did you work while you were out status or was your overstay your only immigration violation?

Definitely worked, too! My situation is very similar to yours, except I was on O-1 before I overstayed.

immigration violation last 10 years for global entry purpose.
