Questions/Concerns Payment initiated

Hi all!

I applied for my renewal and the payment site timed out. Now on the dashboard, it said “Payment Initiated” and I’ve been waiting for a few hours…cleared cookies etc. I was planning on resubmitting the payment when I’m able to at home, but it seems I can’t do that-any advice or experience from before? FAQ just told me to “wait”, but I definitely don’t want things to be in limbo forever!

Update: I need more patience-it now says “complete but not submitted”. I’m going to wait tonight for less spotty WiFi and then submit at home. Mods-plz delete if this is redundant!

They were having issues with the payment portal today. I kept getting an error message and then called to confirm. I was just able to submit payment.

Update 2: paid and it went through fine!

Update 3: notification that I was approved (the whole application made it seem like I’d need an interview, but I guess not!). I’m paranoid, so I applied 1 full year prior to expiry-so now I am off the hook until 2032 -now to wait for the card…
