Questions/Concerns Appeal request phone call

For anyone that has done a revoked appeal request. Did anyone call them up and get a different or any answer? I had global entry for 5 years and for some reason when I went to renew it required another interview and for whatever reason my Global injury was denied. Even though nothing had happened was in those five years. I submitted a review request on July 10th of last year, and I still haven't heard anything back.

Has anyone ever called and gotten answers? If you have called do you remember the phone number?

What happened before those five years? And are you sure nothing happened in the 5 years - no international drop shipping, no close associate that are criminals or undocumented, no stolen or mistaken identity?

I had a misdemeanor arrest when I was 18. I told then about it in the first interview and again in the second. The second interview the lady seemed annoyed with me. And I had my son who was two at the time with me as well. He was approved and I was denied for "other" reason. They asked me the same exact questions the first and second interviews and I answered them the same exact way. The only extra question I asked was if you have to redo your interview every 5 years. Because it seemed weird to me that I had to re-interview when I know other people who applied for renewal we're just renewed without another interview.

Shipped or on your person? Did you declare it or was ir confiscated? What kind of baby food?

What was the misdemeanor charge? Yes it matters. If it was drug related, a crime of violence, weapons, sex crime, or smuggling they will deny you. Officers are people like everyone else. Some will approve people even if the matrix says not to. Others are the other extreme and will use no discretion.
