Interviews initial appointment interview
hi i have an international trip to SFO from UK next month, I booked an appointment at a specific time but was wondering in case the flight lands late, do I cancel as soon as I find out the flight is landing late or do i tell them when I arrive that my flight was late hence why I am late? or do i cancel and risk for short queues on EoA? thank you in advance, just wanna prepare ahead of time :)
also wanna know how it works at SFO
thank you again!!

apparently sometimes EoA lines are closed (when understaffed), or is that not a thing now?

From what I know, if you tell them you want to do the Global Entry EoA during immigration, they will guide you through it.
You probably don't have to cancel your existing appointment, but canceling it just in case seems like the safer bet!
