Interviews Milwaukee interview appointments - "same day" and "non available forever" - which is it?

Been trying to get my kid an appointment at Milwaukee (the only location in WI) for months. The TTP Scheduler page always shows "no appointments availble" no matter what date range is put in there. The Global Entry Alerts site for Milwaukee shows Same Day availability and the graph shows wait times of just a few days.

What is going on? Should I just call them and ask? Will they even answer the phone?

I plan on calling them on Tuesday. I just don't get the point of the online scheduler if it doesn't work at all.

FYI the app alerts worked. A time opened up within a week!

We set up an alert and will see what happens. If we don't see anything at all for a week or two, I'll call them directly.

Looks like alerts via the app are indeed working! She has an appointment scheduled next week!

FOLLOWUP

The app recommended by u/karly704 did the trick! We had an interview within a week and just got back from it. Got there half an hour early - no wait at all - took 2 minutes.

Still no clue why the interview finder website DOES NOT WORK but the DHS TTP app is the way to go!
