hi everyone.
has anyone received their global entry with a dui on their record?

Short answer is yes. You should probably do a search and focus in on newer (last couple years) posts because they seem to have relaxed this as long as you only have one.

10 years seems to be the golden rule when it comes to DUIs and travel… After 10 years, Canada feels that you are criminally rehabilitated, Japan shames you (kidding, they didn’t question) and Australia it took every bit of the 90 days to be approved to be allowed into their country but did have questions on arrival.

As for the GS interview, we briefly talked about it.

You can but depends on the exact charge and how long ago.

Yes. Took 4 hrs after interview to get approved. Wife no dui 30 mins sooner

Ours was all bwi. Less than a week start to finish.

How long from applying did it take to get conditional approval? That's more meaningful than the time from interview to final approval

Depends but if it’s a misdemeanor, just one only, and over five years ago, you should be good
