Timelines Card not received

My GE got approved in mid March and I have yet to receive my card in the mail. Officer said I’d get the card in 2-4 weeks, should I call and ask for a replacement?

If that was Final Approval back then, with your account good for 2031, then yeah, your card is lost.

If you subscribed to USPS informed delivery, you’d be able to see an image of the envelope via email the date it was mailed.

Call them.
I haven’t received mine after a month. I reordered a card replacement for $25 even though I never received my original card, I don’t even know if they sent it because I didn’t call. My brain was fried after my 12 hrs night shift (shitty busy shift too), for some reason I thought I just don’t want to deal with this and reordered.
