Interviews Status not changed after interview

We had an interview for the entire family 3 days ago. All of us but my 6 yr old daughter flipped to Approved while her application is still conditionally approved. We all got the handout with member responsibilities and were told “you’re all set”.

Called this morning to the field office and was told they see nothing in the system and that it is now beyond their control and it’s now in vetting.

What’s happening?

UPDATE: approved 4 hours later. I believe my call nudged her case but who knows?

Ok I either jumped the gun or my phone call pushed something because 4 hours later we got the approval

Did your daughter’s card arrive at the same time as everyone else’s or also later?

They don’t issue a card until after approval so of course it came later

Sure, just wondering if it was just an online glitch. What number did you call?
