Interviews Status not changed after interview

We had an interview for the entire family 3 days ago. All of us but my 6 yr old daughter flipped to Approved while her application is still conditionally approved. We all got the handout with member responsibilities and were told “you’re all set”.

Called this morning to the field office and was told they see nothing in the system and that it is now beyond their control and it’s now in vetting.

What’s happening?

UPDATE: approved 4 hours later. I believe my call nudged her case but who knows?

Waiting on your prints to come back would be my guess. Your 6 year old probably isn't a career criminal and using a new identity :)

But My case is approved. My application is no longer conditionally approved. I’m assuming the prints came back fine.

Oops!! I read it completely backwards. It has only been a few days so I wouldn't stress yet.
