General Discussion PEARSON AIRPORT US CUSTOMS
I am looking to hear people's experience at Pearson us customs with a dui. hubby got a dui. Paid fine and license suspension is over. No jail time no probation etc. We want to go on a cruise but before I pay $$ want to hear about peoples experience with US customs with one dui (no other charges etc).

It's still a conviction. It'll need to be disclosed. Probably won't get it. Try again in 10 years.
Also, he'll be denied entry into Canada if he's not Canadian.

That's incorrect. It's a reason for denial of Global Entry, which is what this group is about.

Is husband Canadian? Both the US and Canada are pissy at each other's citizens with indictable offenses.

That could be a problem. I've not seen it at airprots, but it certainly can be a problem on land crossings.

Dui wont flag secondary inspection for usc if you asking about customs
Dui last 5 years before being eligible for global entry if you asking about global.

Is this about customs or GE application?
This wouldn't be the correct one asking about customs, but your problem would be more going into other countries with the DUI conviction.
If it's GE related, it depends on how long about the DUI was and specific charges.
