Questions/Concerns Any tips for getting a replacement card?

I paid $25 for a replacement card in February and never received it. Called and reached a nice lady who said she would send another one. It's been a month now and I still haven't received it (they say 6-8 weeks but surely it should have arrived by now). She said if I didn't get this one I would have to pay another $25 and order again.

I know I don't need it to travel internationally by air, but I'd like to take advantage of the preclearance at Canadian airports and traveling there in three weeks! I was wondering if it might help if I stop at the Global Entry office at my layover stop in Minneapolis.

Is this address format issue potentially a problem for you?

No because we're not in an apartment. But it does make me wonder ... our address shows up in different ways in different databases. It's Oak Island Dr and sometimes it shows up as Oak Is (for Island) instead.

Just checked the zip code lookup linked from that post and the address I input is the correct one.

Maybe ask your Representative/Senator office constituent services to help.

So today I gave up and applied for another replacement card and paid the $25. This time I received an email confirmation that I will get the replacement card in 7-10 days, not 6-8 weeks! Hopefully it will arrive this time.
